At Welsh Wound Innovation Centre (WWIC) our highly skilled team of Senior Research Nurses undertake a wide range of Wound Healing Research studies.

If you are over the age of 18, you may be eligible to take part in wound healing research.

Also, if you are a Health Care Professional you can refer an appropriate patient under your care.

Welsh Wound Innovation Centre (WWIC) is looking for Healthy Volunteers to participate in an ethically approved study which is about to start.
Participants will be asked to visit WWIC twice, for approximately 6 hours in total and will be asked to lie on a number of different mattresses whilst pressure measurements are taken. They will be offered a £100 inconvenience payment for their time.

Message from Director of Education and Training
The majority of our six-week e-learning course that started on 7^thApril finished 28^th May 2021. WWIC has taught 100 sessions to  32 health care professionals from Jordan, South Africa, Abu Dhabi, UK, Norway, Austria, China, Sweden, Netherlands & Germany, the immediate feedback from the delegates has been exceptionally positive.
 
We have 5 more weekly schedules containing 20 sessions in order to complete the Molnlycke program.
 
Can I thank you all for your help and input, I do appreciate the time you have taken to support the course, especially in these difficult times and with very busy schedules.
